Panasonic announces delivery of 32GB P2 cards - $1650 list

Panasonic Announces Deliveries of 32GB P2 Memory Card | Studio Daily: "Panasonic has announced the availability of the 32GB P2 solid-state memory card (model AJ-P2C032RG) for its popular P2 HD and P2 product line. Available at a suggested list price of $1,650,"

32GB? Rock!

I paid $600 for my 4gb when it came out. Seems about typical for them.

Ack. P2 sux.

I love my P2 cards! 32 GB is a nice leap forward. Put 4 or 5 of those in a pro Panasonic camera, and you can shoot for hours, if not all day.

I only hope availability is there. Panasonic has a habit of announcing availability, and then you find out there are massive back-orders for months...

The 16gig cards are just finally becoming readily available. I hope that they can keep up this time.

I really dig P2, and my only objection has always been the capacity. This changes that significantly and for the better.
