Apple TV Take 2 delayed "a week or two"

MacBook Air Now Shipping: "Apple also announced that the new Apple TV software update, which allows users to rent high definition movies directly from their widescreen TVs, is not quite finished. Apple now plans to make the free software download available to existing Apple TV customers in another week or two."

....so two weeks. Maybe.

Drat.

Keep in mind, exact same hardware as Apple TV Take 1 (the original hardware).

Comments:
I've been hanging out for this update for the last two weeks. Every day pressing the "Update Software" menu in my Apple TV. This update is big news for online media, and truly removes the online media experience from the computer.

So disappointed that it's been pushed back!

The whole HD-DVD versus Bluray war mapy be irrelevant for the majority of consumers if HD rentals over the net make a dent through the Apple TV.
